    BIG!  Kentucky Lake is 184 miles long and 2 miles across at the widest point with 2,380 miles of shoreline and 160,000 acres of water!

    No, there is through traffic on Kentucky Lake.  You can actually travel all the way to the Florida coast.  If you are traveling by water, be sure to plan a stop on Kentucky Lake!

Land Between The Lakes is a unique inland peninsula bordered by Kentucky Lake on the west shore and Lake Barkley on the east shore.  LBL is abundant in outdoor recreation, camping, boating, hiking and biking, history and wildlife viewing.
